Who is This Jesus?
When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?” They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” Matthew 16:13-15

“Who do you say I am?” This is the most important question any of us can ask or answer for ourselves. Our answer to this question determines who we are, how we live, and where we’re headed.

Audiences are drawn into the lives of New Testament women who were forever changed by the touch of Jesus. His encounters with these women reveal much about His heart, His purpose, who He is, and why He is necessary for our salvation.

Enrich your event or retreat by incorporating testimonies from women in your church who have also been changed by their encounter with Christ. I can help you identify key places where these powerful stories can be shared. This message can also be modified to include teaching that assists women in developing and refining their personal testimonies.

Extend the impact with the “Circle of Friends” Bible study. This curriculum is an in-depth study of the women of the gospels and how their lives were changed by their encounters with Christ.

When Life Doesn't Make Sense
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6

A wonderful message of hope that guides women along a P.A.T.H. to perseverance among the trials and adversities of life.

Topics include:

  • Pressing in to God
  • Acknowledging and taking comfort in God’s supremacy and authority
  • Trusting God in all circumstances (desperate dependence)
  • Holding onto Hope

Compassionate Christianity
Compassion: “An inner feeling of distress regarding the ills of others that causes us to suffer with another; to have mercy; and to alleviate the consequences of sin or suffering in the life of another.” (Strongest NIV Exhaustive Concordance; copyright 1999, 1990 by Zondervan)

From beginning to end, the pages of the Bible literally overflow with extreme examples of God’s unimaginable compassion. His compassion is revealed most tellingly through the life, death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ. In His ministry on earth, Jesus was so gripped with compassion that he healed, comforted, and restored those who were crushed by life everywhere He traveled.

Participants will be inspired by true stories of compassion taken directly from the “mission field” of everyday Christians. Barriers will be broken down as they are placed in the shoes of those in need through first-hand accounts of the downtrodden from around the world. Most importantly, they will be presented with many opportunities to examine and explore the compassion of Jesus Christ, and will be challenged to practice greater compassion in their daily lives. In short, this presentation is a compassion challenge.
